Nike has launched its first-ever swim clinic for women in Dubai led by Olympian swimmer, Rower and Triathlete Sarra Lajnef.

The swim clinic builds on Nike’s commitment to provide access to sports and swimming to women in the region, after the launch of the recent You Can’t Stop Us film.

In line with the fourth edition of Dubai Fitness Challenge, and partnership with Hamdan Sports Complex, the swim clinic fully began its operations on November 1 and will continue to run it until November 28, offering daily classes for beginners and intermediate levels.

The swim clinic is part of Nike’s 30-day calendar of fitness and movement.

The leading sportswear brand has launched its month-long campaign titled “You Can’t Stop Us” to further support the growth of sports participation by providing all athletes in the region with free access to YouTube live streamed classes ranging from HIIT, Yoga, Dance, Mindfulness.

Commenting on the new facility, Lajnef said: 'I am extremely thrilled at the opportunity to drive Nike’s first-ever swim clinic forward. Ever since I was four years old, I have found true salvation and freedom in water and this is something I want other women to experience too.'

'I have always been very passionate about swimming and being able to coach others and introduce them to this beautiful sport is something that brings me immense joy and excitement,' he added.
