234,000 doses of Pfizer Coronavirus vaccine arrived in Libya

The Director of the Information Office at the Drug and Food Control Center, Mohamed Al-Zayat, reported that 234,000 doses of the Pfizer vaccine have arrived in the country.

Al-Zayat explained in a press statement that the Pfizer vaccine was coming from the United States of America (USA), through the World Health Organization (WHO).

He added that the inspectors of the Control Authority took samples of the shipment to analyze it in order to ensure its authenticity, prior to its release, following its official verification.
