Sirte Oil outputs surpasses 100,000 barrels per day
oil and gas - January 7, 2021
Sirte Oil Company has announced an increase in its outputs to more than one hundred thousand barrels per day. That’s the first time the landmark has been reached in years, says the company's board chairman, Masoud Suleiman.
'This was achieved with the National Oil Corporation (NOC) support, which financed the exceptional budget and adopted projects to increase production,' Suleiman said.
Projections indicate that production will continue to rise, with the connection of other wells after the installation of submersible pumps, according to a source from the company.
